Terms & Conditions

1. Website Use

This website provides general information about Mark's Foundations, Inc., its services, service areas, completed work, and ways to request an estimate. By using the website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

2. Service Areas

Our primary service areas include Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming, Roswell, Johns Creek, Forsyth County, North Fulton, Cherokee County, and Metro Atlanta. Submitting an inquiry or estimate request from outside these areas does not obligate Mark's Foundations, Inc. to inspect a property, provide a quote, or accept a project.

3. Estimates Are Not Contracts

Information submitted through a contact or estimate form, any automated confirmation, and any preliminary discussion do not constitute a binding contract, final project scope, or guaranteed price. A project becomes binding only when the parties accept an official written estimate, proposal, or contract in accordance with its terms. Site conditions, measurements, engineering requirements, permitting, access, material costs, and other project-specific factors may affect pricing and scheduling.

4. Information You Submit

You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate contact, address, project, and site information. Mark's Foundations, Inc. is not responsible for delays or failed communications caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information submitted through the website.

If you upload photos or other project materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and authorize us to use them for evaluating, quoting, scheduling, documenting, and communicating about your requested project.

5. Scheduling & Availability

Website requests do not guarantee an appointment date, crew availability, project start date, or completion date. Scheduling is confirmed separately and may be affected by weather, inspections, permits, material availability, site conditions, customer changes, or other circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website text, branding, layout, graphics, and photographs of completed foundations, slabs, driveways, patios, and other work are owned by or licensed to Mark's Foundations, Inc. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or used for another business's marketing without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Website Availability & Information

We work to keep website information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free or current. Website content may be updated, corrected, or removed without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mark's Foundations, Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use this website, website downtime, or inaccurate information submitted by a website user. These Terms do not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

9. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to third-party services for hosting, forms, maps, analytics, communications, or other functions. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

10. SMS Messaging Terms

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Website visitors can manage non-essential tracking using the privacy controls available on the website.

Please review our Privacy Policy at https://marksfoundations.net/privacy-policy.
